Although there are many out there who simply despise dairy products of any kind, the majority of the population either absolutely loves them or at least makes sure to include them as a staple in their diets. After all, common dairy products like milk, cheese and yoghurt come packed with a vast number of nutrients that are helpful to meet our recommended daily intakes of vitamins and minerals, meaning that they are especially suited for growing children and teenagers.

 Most people would agree that there is a one-size fit all when it comes to buying dairy products. However, you shouldn’t be misled by this misconception. Rather than approaching your product purchases in this manner, you should try to buy things depending on who is going to consume them. For example, older people would be better off consuming low-fat or skimmed milk when compared to children, who should be served the full-fat variant (unless they are suffering from serious weight issues or obesity). Milk and many dairy products are renowned for their high-fat content, and excessive consumption could lead to health issues requiring constant medication.

 Milk intolerance is also present in some individuals. You might already know about a few friends or relatives who just can’t take milk products, either due to an allergy or some other issues which prevent its proper digestion. However, most people aren’t affected so badly, with many of them only citing that consuming milk upsets their tummy for a while. One possible solution for those people would be to try out milk containing only A2 protein: this is generally safe for consumption by anyone other than those with severe milk allergies. A2 milk is easy to digest and solves the problems of aching tummies, thereby allowing a lot more people to finally enjoy a glass of milk without problems.

 Nowadays, many doctors do recommend that people should switch to organic products whenever buying anything at their favourite grocery. This holds true even for dairy, as milk additives are becoming increasingly common in non-organic varieties. One problem of these artificial chemicals is that they can cause allergic reactions in certain people, who might then mistake it as an inability for their tummies to handle milk. With organic products, you also get milk that is free of pesticides, insecticides and other harmful chemicals that are sparingly used to grow the grass that cows eat.
